The Conference Committee is hereby calling for papers toward the above subject , based on the following criteria:

•  A required abstract of not more than one page must relate to the theme of the conference and, must indicate the general scope and purpose of the paper.

•  The Conference Secretariat will accept papers based on the abstract submitted for consideration.

•  The Conference will be conducted in English.

•  The abstract must include the following information: Title of Paper , Name(s) of Author(s), Postal & E-mail Addresses and, Telephone Numbers for rapid communication.

•  An abstract must include a resume of not more than one page in length.

•  The Conference Secretariat will review, accept and invite presenters to submit full papers based on the abstracts.

•  All papers for presentations will be allowed a time limit of 30 minutes and, 15 minutes for Q & A.

•  The Secretariat will publish all papers presented at the Conference.
